Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at hideawaybaycommunityliving@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Yes. Once you move into a home that belongs to an HOA you are locked into paying their fees regardless of how much you plan on using the shared parks and other common areas. Be sure to ask about required HOA payments before buying a home and get a better understanding of what is and is not included with those payments.

Late fees are $25 each month of a missed payment.

We have a tennis court, basketball court, and playground located on the corner of Neely and Altuda. We also have a lake access lot located on the corner of Dogwood and Carol Circle.

The HOA dues are used for our private road repairs/maintenance, common area upkeep such as mowing/cleaning, HOA Insurance, and approved community improvements.

Annual HOA Dues are due as of April1st of each year. Late fees will be assessed after May 15th.

The Annual meeting is scheduled for the first Sunday in May each year at 2pm.
